Helping You Select Plants To Start GLOBAL GARDENING

The normal reason for choosing plants is because we like the look of them. The Global Gardening Collection helps to make sure that your selection is Also based on a plant's ability to cope with our changing climate.

The Global Gardening Collection is a work in progress - it provides information about a small number plants that grow well in our changing climate. Some plants may be familiar as the list includes many garden favourites. All of these plants will provide interest and colour throughout the year and many require low intervention - such as watering or chemical applications.

Do you have plants in your garden that are coping well with our confused seasons? Please send details of your garden and these plants to hello@globalgardening.org for inclusion on our new social networking site which goes live in 2008 at www.myglobalgarden.co.uk
